The Connecticut Alumni Senior Drum & Bugle Corps was founded in 1984 on the foresight and inspiration of former members of the Connecticut Hurricanes. Today the Corps' membership consists of former members from many Drum & Bugle Corps across Connecticut , New York and Massachusetts, as well as members from several local high school and college marching units.

By establishing a structured environment, the members have taken what many consider a hobby and created a top-notch musical unit, rich in the tradition and professionalism of what Drum & Bugle Corps stand for.

The Connecticut Alumni has been publicly well received by audiences everywhere, featuring recognizable, traditional Drum Corps selections. Our hope is to continue to bring this exciting and inspirational art form to the general public by participating in many parades, concerts and exhibitions throughout the Northeast.

The Corps' musical repertoire consists of a blend of traditional drum corps selections as well as more contemporary pieces. Our lineup includes: Al-Di-La, Battle Hymn/America Medley, Caravan, Chattanooga, Copacabana, 42nd Street, Hallelujah Chorus, Hang 'Em High and the Magnificent Seven, Mariah, Summon the Heroes, and Young Lions. This year we have added  new versions of Abide with Me and Silverado.
